It came fast, like really fast. I was surprised how quickly it showed up

I’ve ordered from White Fox a few times now, my gut feeling is that they’ve got their delivery process well sorted.

My last order actually showed up sooner than I expected, and the tracking updated properly the whole way, which I really appreciate because I hate not knowing where my parcel is.

Everything arrived packed nicely with nothing missing, so overall it’s been a really easy experience. I’d definitely order again

I’ve ordered from White Fox a few times because I do really like their styles, but the sizing is kind of frustrating. I got one small top that fit perfectly, then another small that looked super similar but felt way tighter. Same thing with the pants, some are true to size and others fit weird around the waist. It’s not the worst shopping experience, and I still wear the pieces I kept, but it’s annoying when you’re ordering online and never really know what you’re going to get. I’ve also noticed the customer service replies can feel like those canned apology messages, which doesn’t really help when you’re just trying to figure out sizing. Now I make sure to read reviews before ordering anything

I ordered my usual size, but it definitely runs smaller than I expected. Not saying it’s a scam, but the sizing feels a bit off, so I’d probably recommend going up a size if you’re unsure.

I really like the look of White Fox — the outfits are super cute, and the photos do a good job of showing the whole vibe. It’s easy to browse too, especially on my phone. That said, the site can feel a bit busy sometimes with all the pop-ups, and some of the bigger images take a while to load. I also wish the filters were a little better. Overall, it’s nice, just not the smoothest shopping experience.

Got the updates and everything worked fine, no issues at all. i was half expecting something weird to happen because updates always feel like they’re secretly changing more than they admit, but this time it was surprisingly smooth. Nothing broke, no strange glitches, so I guess the system didn’t have it out for me today.

I was ready to blame them for taking forever, but the refund actually came back fast. Can’t really complain this time.

I expected the process to be a lot easier, after dealing with the extra cost and delay, I feel like some kind of refund on the shipping or compensation would be fair. I probably won’t order again unless I’m completely sure I’m keeping everything.

They got back to me fast and got it fixed, so yeah, no complaints from me.

White Fox has some really cute stuff, but I found the shipping and return info a bit confusing to track down. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the policies were more clear around returns before placing an order.

It’s definitely soft enough, but it feels a little thin for my taste. I kind of suspected it might be that way when I ordered it, and once I got it, that pretty much confirmed what I already thought. Not bad, just not quite as plush as I was hoping.
