I made a sizing error with my order so i emailed the white fox team and they were so lovely to sort it out for me and changed the sizing with no complaint. I cannot wait to receive my clothes!!

I had a same day parcel that went missing and Melissa, from the support team got onto the case straight away, unfortunately the courier company where not very helpful, so Melissa organized a replacement package that will arrive in time for Mothers day

A couple of things make this a poor experience. I can’t comment on the clothes yet as I am still waiting for them. This is more raising awareness: so be aware folks when ordering from this website you will be expected to cover any import duty. There is a link that shows this on the website but it isn’t shown in your region so is easy to miss. My costs went up my 25% with import duty. I wrote to white fox about it - who sent me the link and told me to have a nice day. Along with a comment of it’s impossible to calculate import duty. It isn’t, my hypothesis is they don’t calculate because it is cost inhibitive to the buyer and they would rather not put you off by providing this transparency. If you have received your order without a cost, this is because customs do not generally check every package. So you are playing billing lottery. For example with my bill I will have paid £150 in shipping fees. Second item to be aware of they have a no refund policy. As a distance seller I don’t actually believe this is legal in the UK. But again be aware and be prepared to challenge.

This company and their quality of clothes is amazing! I can rely on their pieces to make me feel confident and gorgeous! The company has helped me find my own style. Love it!! From lounge wear being super comfy and chic to swim wear being hot and complimenting I can feel amazing in any way!

All I can say is… wow. The quality and make of their clothing is amazing. I just ordered 2 bustier tops and a mini dress and they hug me in all the right places.

I placed an order with White Fox and my store credit in my account did not apply. I emailed the customer service inquiring why it didn’t, and within a few days heard from Daniela who not only explained why it didn’t go through but automatically refunded the store credit amount back to me! Such a great outcome, care and understanding from the customer service team. Thank you!

I love the style of clothes and quality I get every single time, customer service is great and responds very quickly when I need, and I always get my packages fairly quick. I don’t see myself ordering clothes from anywhere else I love white fox!

I Ordered some clothes for my daughter and then had a notification that the items i added notification for when the size was back in stock so i placed a second order within 24 hours. The first package arrive within 10 days and was delivered to my house. The second package took 2 months to arrive in the UK then i had notification that there is a £66 customs tax to pay before my package would be delivered! contacted White Fox who said, yes you have to pay it and if you don't and it gets returned to us, you will have a credit note NO REFUND and you will pay the shipping costs! REALLY bad customer service, didn't want to know me now they have my £360!!

Madelen was really helpful and was able to change the sizing of my order before it was shipped. Customer service is amazing 😊
